We
started Vivekananda Seva Trust with true-hearted youths in 1997 on April
14th. The trust was initially working on Balasamudram village. Now VST
evolved to work in and around Palani town. VST grown with many
volunteers for its various service activities. The volunteers grand
monthly subscription and their physical help for true services. The
loyal service are the core reason for the growth of VST. The service

We celebrate Swami Vivekanada’s birthday in villages, schools and colleges.

We spread Swami Vivekanada thoughts among students and people by conducting “Viveka Murasu” which is one of the program of Sri Ramakrishna Math, Chennai.

We provide free notebooks and scholarship for village students.

Tree plantation and Plastic eradication in the forest area, especially lower Palani hills forest area.

Providing food for “Road side mentally disorders” everyday.

Conducting free eye camp at villages every year.
- VST has adopted a building (Male ward) of Government hospital and still maintains the healthy environment.
- Every year above 2000 cloth bags have been issued freely to Kodaikanal Tourists for awareness.
Our
Vivekananda Seva Trust is doing the above service only by our
volunteers subscriptions, some local donations and selling Vivekananda
books. Swami Vivekananda says “Men, men, these are wanted; everything
else will be ready” so VST invites you to join in service and to make
your life meaningful…
